Dr. Michael Cade

  • Therapeutic Optometrist

Born and raised in Paris,Texas •Dr. Cade attended Ouachita Baptist University (OBU) 2014-2018 for undergrad where he majored in biology with a minor in chemistry, while playing soccer for OBU. He Graduated Cum Laude in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He then attended UIW Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio from 2020-2024, where he was elected into Beta Sigma Kappa academic honor society and graduated Cum Laude.  Dr. Cade completed two private practice externships in Greenville and Longview, Texas, where he gained extensive experience in ocular disease management, including glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and dry eye disease.  He also completed an internship at optometry school, which included specialty rotations in pediatrics and ocular disease. 

Wife Alyssa Cade (graduated from Queen City in 2016) and Dr. Cade have a one year-old son named Grayson.  Dr. Cade enjoys watching and talking sports, spending time with family, and playing golf.  He is excited to establish his home in Atlanta, Texas and looks forward to providing exceptional care while also building lasting relationships with his patients and the community.
